We had the opportunity to share Amazon Luna with my audience and we were blown away by how quick & easy it was to set up and enjoy on our Smart TVs.🎮 To share it with my community, we tackled a "find the dogs" challenge! It's surprising just how many video games feature the most lovable fur friends imaginable. For this ad, we found 4 in a handful of Ubisoft & Bethesda Game Studios titles alone!👉 Shout out to Sam Yang for bringing this opp our way!#AmazonLuna

💄 One of my favourite content projects this summer has been collaborating with Shoppers Drug Mart for their annual Beauty Watch event! 💼 I began my career as a Beauty Expert at Shoppers Drug Mart when I was 16 years old. As I continued through school for film/TV make-up artistry, I worked at almost every Shoppers Beauty Boutique counter in the downtown Toronto area. 📽 When my beauty content started to take off, I was working at the brand new (at the time) flagship store in the historic Runnymede Theatre with a legendary team of beauty comrades - among them, one of my greatest role models to this day.💋 Shoppers Beauty will always be in my DNA as a creative and a lover of beauty, so when Diana Hilderman at Veritas Communications reached out about this opportunity it was an instant YES! Thanks Diana!🎮 It's always a pleasure to bridge the worlds of beauty and gaming - especially with a client so tied to my original journey. I can't wait to see what's next!

📺 Digging through the archives I came across this CTV Your Morning interview from 2019! It was a sincere pleasure to chat with host Anne-Marie Mediwake about Waardenburg Syndrome, the genetic mutation that runs in my family.⚕ My journey with Waardenburg Syndrome taught me a lot about the nature of uniqueness and how we can harness the things that make us different. Throughout my childhood, I would've done almost anything to "fit in" and to my dismay, it never worked. In hindsight, I'm glad it didn't.📽 In 2015, talking about my experience with Waardenburg Syndrome is what catapulted me out of my professional makeup artistry career and into content creation, with that YouTube video now sitting at over 10 million views. In that moment almost 10 years ago, the thing I used to hate most about myself became the instrument for a new path in life.👉 What unique thing in your life/background has enabled you to grow in ways you never thought possible? 🎮 Late last year I spoke with Amelia Hansford at PinkNews regarding some unfortunate trans-exclusionary rhetoric that took place in the Halo community. 💗 💙 To my surprise, the incident created a tidal wave of support for transgender women in the Halo community and beyond! 🦎 🦍 A little while ago we had the pleasure of attending a screening of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire alongside other creators & press! Thank you to Craft Public Relations & Yahli Ozery for the invite!📸 One of our favourite creative things to do is finding "the spot" at the crowded event to take an immersive image. My partner Travis snapped the middle two cyberpunk-style photos at a buffet-style table of candy! 😂 🎥 The film was a lot of fun - in particular I loved getting a very good (IMAX sized) look at the creature designs! I'm a massive Godzilla fan at heart so it's always nice to see iconic characters from this IP on-screen. 🥂 Big props to Craft & the venue, Selva Toronto for the decor and immaculate vibes!

⚓ We recently had the pleasure of working with YELLOWPIKE MEDIA on a couple of streams for Rare Ltd's Sea of Thieves, celebrating the game's launch on PlayStation 5 and Season 12! As usual, we put together a little themed makeup look & cosplay to go along with the show. 😉 ⛵ Our couples co-op adventure showed all aspects of the game: sailing, ship & island combat, treasure hunting, working for the pirate companies, random player encounters, and more!🌊 One thing that stood out was how Sea of Thieves encourages a radiant, player-based discovery that's hard to find elsewhere. In one of our adventures, we decided to be a fishing vessel headed directly into the worst storms for the rarest catch - or, as my partner put it, Sea of Thieves: DEADLIEST CATCH - Stormfishing. ⛈ 🦑 When we arrived in the heart of the storm we discovered another player's sloop under attack by a kraken! We assisted them in defeating the beast, shared some music & ale, and went our merry ways. Because this encounter wasn't scripted and prepared for us, it felt even more special and exciting to share with viewers knowing that the chances of it being replicated were near zero.🍻 Sea of Thieves also has a cool creator integration called Creator Crew! Creators can sign up at their site and connect their Sea of Thieves accounts. They get rewards for streaming a certain number of hours or to a certain number of viewers. The in-game Guilds feature also compliments creators - look out for ships flying under The Campfire while you're out there! I promise we're friendly. 😂 👍 Shout out to Alexandra Harbert for sharing this opportunity our way and the rest of the YPK team for coordinating with us! I'm thrilled we revisited the Sea of Thieves, and it will remain a fixture on our channel moving forward.P.S. Does anyone recognize the in-game inspo for this makeup? 👀
