It's week 3 of 2k24 - If you made a resolution....keep moving forward. Now it the time when those resolutions begin to fade away. Below are the top 5 resolutions that fail:1. Quitting drinking entirely (staying sober)2. Doing more exercise or improving my fitness3. Giving up smoking4. Losing weight5. Improving my dietAll of these focus around our overall health and well-being. Our mind and body and we are just going to...let it fade away???     Exercise is a lifestyle.-Getting back to it, after a few days off, eating and drinking can be tough, but once the first few days are done, it gets easier. -Exercise for me now is for my health, to support my chronic back problem and ensure I stay as young and healthy as I can for as long as I can. -Oh and to win parents races at sports day 🤪-As we get older, pick up injuries, suffer illness or feel the stressors of life's events, exercise becomes more important as a part of life, than just a means to looking good. -We can all find a way to exercise that fits into our busy life, that works around illness or injury and that we can maintain.-It doesn't have to be boring, it doesn't have to be massively time consuming, it has to work for us, around our life and help us be better at everything we do, not a chore, not a punishment, but something that we feel enhances us. -Find what works for you! - #healthylifestyle #healthymind #healthybody #selflove #selfcare #exerciseforlife #exerciseforhealth #fitmum #fitmom #fitfam
